All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your luxury swimwear as much as we do. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our hassle-free returns policy ensures you can shop with confidence.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Items must be in original packaging

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Submit Your Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order using the template below.
2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and send return instructions.
3. Ship Your Return: Package your item securely and ship it to our Denver facility using the provided return label.
4. Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
• International returns may be subject to customs fees which are non-refundable

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or style (subject to availability). Simply indicate your preferred exchange item in your return request.

If your exchange item has a different price:

• We’ll refund the difference for lower-priced items
• You’ll be charged the difference for higher-priced items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item (e.g., wrong Nikoza or Lateen style), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedited replacement.
