Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, swimwear that has been tried on without protective undergarments, or customized pieces.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Submit Your Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order using the template below.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and send return instructions.
- Ship Your Return: Package your item securely and ship it to our Denver facility using the provided return label.
- Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
- International returns may be subject to customs fees which are non-refundable
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or style (subject to availability). Simply indicate your preferred exchange item in your return request. If your exchange item has a different price:
- We’ll refund the difference for lower-priced items
- You’ll be charged the difference for higher-priced items
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the luxury quality of our designer swimwear, we cannot accept returns on:
- Final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)
- Swimwear that has been worn or tried on without protective undergarments
- Customized or altered pieces
- Items not in their original condition
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item (e.g., wrong Nikoza or Lateen style), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedited replacement.
